12 May 2027 | Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas), Chapel (Kapel), Breda (the Netherlands)
Join us for the final event of the MONA Project and discover the outcomes, lessons learned and future opportunities arising from four years of international cooperation. During this inspiring and interactive day, project partners, policymakers, tourism and recreation professionals, mobility experts and other stakeholders will come together to explore how sustainable tourism in nature areas can be strengthened through innovative mobility and visitor management approaches.
The programme features an inspiring keynote on the future of tourism, recreation and quality of life, presentations of MONA’s key results and pilot projects, a training session by POLIS and interactive discussions. Participants will gain first-hand insights into successful practices for visitor distribution, sustainable mobility and behaviour change in nature destinations.
